PERMIT SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS

Swimming Pool in ground
- Application
- 2 Site plan
- TDH Calculator Worksheet
- Health Department Letter
- Teco Letter
- Safety Barrier Affidavit
- Energy Efficiency Compliance
- 2 sets of Engineered Plans (signed & sealed)
- Plumbing Diagram
- Copy of pool contract or proposal
- Noc
Re-roof
- Application
- In the description of work list:
- Type (new, addition, repair, re-roof)
- Square footage
- Type of materials being used (shingles, metal, tile, etc.)
- FL approval #
- Roofing Affidavit
- Noc (required if valuation is more than $2,500.00)
Electrical Permit
- Application
- In the description of work list:
- Type (new, alteration, addition, repair, low voltage, etc)
- # of fixtures
- Teco layout # (if applicable)
- # of amps
- Noc (required if valuation is more than $2,500.00)
A/C Mechanical
- Application
- In the description of work list:
- How many units
- Equal change out?
- Tonnage per unit
- HVAC/AHRI
- If electric is required, electric diagram with details of the electric work being done must be submitted.
- NOC (required if valuation is more than $7,500.00)
Gas Permit
- Application
- In the description of work list:
- New, alterations, addition or repair
- Type of gas, natural or liquefied petroleum
- How many outlets are being installed
- Type of appliance is being installed (dryer, water heater, grill, etc.)
- BTU for each appliance delivering pressure
- Noc (required if valuation is more than $2,500.00)
Shed
- Application
- Site plan
- Engineered plans
- Noc (required if valuation is more than $2,500.00)
Carport or Aluminum Structure
- Application
- Site plan
- Engineered plans
- Noc (required if valuation is more than $2,500.00)
Fence
- Application
- Site plan
- Noc (required if valuation is more than $2,500.00)
