Code Enforcement Summary
The City of Dade City works to ensure a safe and pleasant scenery that is consistent with our city codes, while striving for voluntary compliance and public awareness.
To file a complaint you must provide the following information:
- Your name, address and telephone number
- Address or parcel of violation or some type of description of location
- The type of violation
- You can email or call our office to file a complaint ( firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com )
***Note: We do not take anonymous request.*** Once a complaint is filed it can take up to 3 business days for an officer to visit the site. Our goal is to work with residents and businesses to reduce violations before enforcement actions are necessary.

Fire Inspector Summary
Dade Cities Fire Prevention Section is responsible for the annual inspection of each of the cities businesses and structures. The section examines building plans for new construction and rehabilitation projects for fire and life safety. Fire Prevention evaluates special events to ensure a fire safe environment for the public.
