Our firm is preparing a response to Request for Proposal (RFP) #1701. Among the documents requested are copies of billing invoices for all public sector clients for the last 12 months. Our firm represents a number of governmental entities and we offer our clients detailed billings. Therefore, one copy of the billing invoices consists of approximately 18 inches of paper documents. To provide 8 copies, it will be necessary to deliver them in boxes.
We request permission to provide these copies in digital form on a thumb drive.
Please provide at least one set of billing statements in paper format. (Original copy) Please submit the additional 7 copies of billing statements on separate thumb drives.
