The City of Dade City provides 3 spaces for displaying banners in Hibiscus Park at the south apex.  Space is available on a first come, first serve basis. Click here to fill out a banner application.  For availability inquiries, please call Bob Shaw, 352-523-5051.

RESERVATION INFORMATION 

  • Banners are displayed for 14 days maximum (if the event date is on a weekend, the reservation will end on the Monday follwing the event)
  • Drop off banners to Bob Shaw at City Hall on the business day before reservation date
  • Banner shall be picked-up within 14 days of end of reservation (*any banner not picked-up after 14 days will be discarded)
  • Applications are recommended to be submitted at least 60 days prior to the requested reservation date

 

BANNER REQUIREMENTS

  • Banner is to be no more than 20 feet long and 42 inches tall
  • Wind vents cut throughout banner
  • Grommets along top and bottom
  • 100 foot nylon rope, 1/4 inch diameter (if banner is less than 20 feet in length additional rope is needed)
  • 24 plastic pull/zip ties, 1/4 inch wide x 8 inches long
