1. Statement of Purpose
The City of Dade City’s Website which is provided by the Dade City Commission, its officers, employees, or other agents including the Information Services Department/Division (collectively, the Dade City Commission), exists as an electronic informational medium to foster the lawful exchange of information and awareness of City services for its users. User means any person clicking onto the City of Dade City's website and using it for any purpose whatsoever.

2. Limitation of Liability

User agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Dade City Commission from and against all claims and expenses, including attorney’s fees, arising out of the use of the City of Dade City’s website.
