The City Clerk’s Office is responsible for maintaining, recording and preserving all official documents and proceedings of the City Commission.  The City Clerk is the custodian of the City seal and authenticates by signature and records all official legislative actions of the City Commission.  The City Clerk countersigns all contracts made on behalf of the City.  The City Clerk also provides public notices;  prepares and distributes City Commission agendas; provides access to public records; maintains a comprehensive records management system; coordinates the codification and publication of the City’s Code of Ordinances; qualifies candidates for municipal office and supervises municipal elections.

The City Clerk does not handle requests such as birth certificates, death certificates, marriage licenses or court records. Those items are available through the Pasco County Clerk & Comptroller's Office or the State of Florida Department of Health


The City Clerk's Office provides research of the official records for citizens and other departments upon request, in compliance with Florida Public Records Law, and allows for the inspection and examination by any person, at any reasonable time, under reasonable conditions and under the supervision of the city clerk's office (F.S. Chapter 119)

ONLINE PAYMENTS This payment link will allow you to pay our Business Tax Receipt payments online.
Credit card payments will be charged a convenience fee of $3.50 for all transactions. From the Portal Home  Page search by name or Entity Number, Select view, Click Renew. Confirm Information and click renew. You will be  directed to the online payment Center.  SELECT FEES TAB then Complete payee information, Click Make  Payment, Complete Payment information.
