Finance

The Finance Department is responsible for all financial operations of the City.  The Department is responsible for timely and accurate reporting of financial results to the City, government agencies, and the general public.  Functions of the department include utility billing, accounts payable, account receivables, payroll, cash receipts, cash disbursements, debt management, investment management, and coordination with external auditors for the City’s annual audit.
