UTILITIES CUSTOMER SERVICE CHANGES EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY

The way Dade City is accepting payments for utilities is temporarily changing. In response to the COVID-19 virus and keeping our residents and employees healthy, we will only accept payments through drop box located by the entrance or via electronic methods. The City Hall lobby is temporarily closed.  

Envelopes and pens will be provided near the drop box for customers,  but we encourage customers to use their own pen. Please write your name on the envelope, contact number, amount of payment you've placed in the envelope, and your due date. City staff will record the payments on the same business day you drop off (prior to 4:00 pm). If you pay in cash, please try to enclose the exact amount due. If you are owed change, you will see a credit for the amount on your next water bill statement. 

If you are using one of our electronic payment methods, the City will waive the processing fees through this event.
