CONTAINERS
Containers should not exceed 40 pounds and 32 gallons in size. They must be placed within 4 feet of the curb. Please be sure the container is animal proof, with tight fitting lids.
QUANTITY LIMITATION
Residences are allowed 4 cans or 6 bags. If these amounts are exceeded, the maximum will be collected. If you have an increased need for service (holiday, yard clean-up, etc), please call 352-523-5051. If you have empty boxes, please break them down, and bundle them together (or recycled in a Green Fiber dumpster). Steel drums or any type of 55 gal drums are not allowed.
YARD WASTE
Yard waste may be included on your regularly scheduled pick up day. All tree limbs and branches must be less than 4 feet in length and less than 6 inches in diameter. Smaller debris should be bundled in 4 foot or less lengths. Bagged yard clippings and leaves may be placed at the curbside with your regular trash (weight restrictions apply).

RECYCLING (current as of 10/01/2015)
Recycle is collected every Wednesday. It is recommended that recycle bins be placed by the road on Tuesday evening. City residences are entitled to 1 blue recycling bin. Additional containers are permitted and supplied by the resident at their own expense. Such permanent containers must be prominently marked with a reflective recycle sticker. To obtain your bin or sticker, call 352-523-5051.

- Flattened Cardboard
- Paper

HAZARDOUS WASTE
Due to State and County regulations, the following items are not allowed to be mixed with your garbage: tires, used motor oil, lead batteries, medical waste, and white goods.
WHITE GOODS
Items such as refrigerators, freezers, washers, dryers, and stoves are considered white goods. These items cannot be mixed in with the household trash. Please call Waste Services of Florida to schedule a special pick up. There will be an additional charge for this service.

- Electric Cords, Wires, or Metal Hangers
- Trash or Bagged Recyclables
- Nothing Wet or Dirty
- Nothing Bigger Than a Cat Litter Box
- Milk or Juice Cartons
- Glass
- Styrofoam
